My life story: I arrived at the shelter in July 2025, together with my sister, Bonita. Our mother belonged to a homeless woman in Lagos who sadly passed away. After that, a kind person with a farm took us in and cared for us for over a year. She looked after us with love and managed to find a new home for our mother. Unfortunately, that person had to move and could no longer keep us, so she brought us to the shelter — knowing we would be well cared for and have a chance at finding a new home.
My nature: I’m a dog who can sometimes seem a bit wary, but give me some attention, affection, and take me for walks, and I’ll melt in no time. Little by little, I become more confident and sociable. Beneath my tough-guy exterior is a gentle heart that just wants to find a home to call my own — a place where I can finally have a family that truly loves me. I promise to be the best companion in the world! I’ll show my gratitude through good behavior, loyalty, and plenty of affection. I’m a large dog, used to living outdoors, so ideally, my new home would have some outdoor space where I can feel free and comfortable.
